Investigator Arnold received the award for his work assisting the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office in a 2008 homicide investigation that resulted in a confession from the suspect, Karl Karlsen. Investigator Arnold is a resident of Clifton Springs in Ontario County. Leader Kolb and Sen. Mike Nozzolio sponsored a resolution in the Legislature honoring Investigator Arnold for his achievement and service.
