Kolb will outline his opposition to yesterday’s ruling by a federal judge that delayed New York’s lawful collection of hundreds of millions in taxes from cigarettes sold on Native American lands to non-Native American Indians. Kolb has continually called on state government to finally enforce the law, collect the taxes and level the playing field.
