Assembly Republican Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,I,C-Canandaigua) is pictured addressing the Home Care Association of New York State (HCA) during its 2010 annual Advocacy Day held in the “Well” of the Legislative Office Building in Albany on Wednesday.

In his remarks to attendees, Kolb outlined his vision for home and community based health care, and provided policy insights about provisions within the 2010-11 Executive Budget that would affect New York’s home care community. According to its website, HCA is New York State’s premier home care association, representing more than 400 providers, individuals and associate members who collectively serve thousands of New Yorkers.
